How to cook

  1. First you need to prepare the dough: sprinkle 140 g of flour on a work surface and put 30 g of very cold butter - chop it finely. After that, add salt and another 60 g of oil, chop it, you can not so finely. Transfer this mixture to a cup.
  2. Now add a spoonful of cold water to the mixture while stirring the dough. In the end, you should get a "bun", it must be wrapped in a film and put in the refrigerator for an hour. The butter in the dough should freeze.

  3. Roll out the dough (thin!), Grease it with butter and sour cream, sprinkle bread crumbs, sugar and cinnamon on top, evenly spread the filling. Now gently roll the dough into a roll, grease it with butter and put it on a greased or paper-covered baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes at 200 degrees, sprinkle the finished strudel with powdered sugar. Serve - with ice cream!
