  3. Roll out the dough (thinly!), Grease it with butter and sour cream, sprinkle bread crumbs, sugar and cinnamon on top, evenly spread the filling. Now gently fold the dough into a roll, oil it and put it on a greased or papered baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, sprinkle the finished strudel with powdered sugar. Serve - with ice cream!
