  1. The onion is shredded by thin halves of the rings. If it is an island, then we first hold it for two minutes in hot water.
  2. We peel the chopped peppers with thin blocks.
  3. Cook beef in a little salted water. Finished, cooled meat cut into cubes.

  • two sweet onions;

  • 15 ml of balsamic vinegar;
  • 15 ml of sunflower oil.


  1. Meat cut into strips, pepper - straw, tomatoes - circles, one onion - semirings.
  2. Chop garlic and greens.

. Features . The beef heart (96 kcal) is almost twice as low in calories as meat (187 kcal) and is often included in dietary tables and therapeutic diets.

What you need:

  • 350-400 g of beef heart;
  • canned corn bank;
  • one sweet onion;
  • one Bulgarian pepper of any color;
  • half of hot pepper;
  • 20 g of any greens;
  • hops-suneli, ground peppers, salt;
  • 60 ml of sunflower oil;
  • 15 ml of lemon juice.


  1. Boil the heart. Together with pepper, cut it into small blocks.
  2. Peeled hot pepper finely chopped and added to the heart.
  3. We cut onions rings and pour them juice from half a citrus. We insist no more than five minutes.
  4. Drain the liquid from the corn.
  5. Mix the ingredients, season with oil, spices and seasonings, greens.
